I was moving my parents out to Florida for what else, but retirement? One would think that they wouldn't have much stuff to move, but that wasn't the case at all! They were moving into an empty place, so we were moving all the furniture, too. I chose to move with Eco vanlines because I didn't want my parents to worry about a thing with the move. At their age they can't handle too much stress. Eco knew to speak to me regarding all payment issues, and things went by pretty smoothly. We did have a vase that was broken, but customer service was very helpful in assisting us through the claims process.
