Moving across the country is stressful enough as is, especially with four kids. I didn't want to make things even more stressful by starting to pack everything up. Eco vanlines gave us really great rates on a full packing service, so that we didn't have to worry about anything. The day before the move the packers came; we didn't have to ready anything at all for the move, they took everything out of the drawers, and even unplugged our electronics. All of the fragile items were given special care, and all of our TVs were crated. They finished pretty late at night, and came back the next morning to load everything up on the truck. We had a huge truck all to ourselves, our load was so big! The delivery was a bit on the slow end, but I had been expecting that, and we received updates about the delivery frequently. It's two weeks later and I STILL haven't finished unpacking everything, but so far I haven't found sever damages on anything. Eco van lines is the way to go with a full service move.
