We contracted with Eco Van Lines for our move. Eco Vanlines took a 10% deposit for the move and sold the contract to All USA Van Lines who then sold the contract to Superior Van Lines. Once our deposit was taken by Eco Van Lines, we had to sign the All USA Van lines contract on the day of the move. That’s where they take advantage of you because you cannot afford to say NO because it’s too late at this point and it would take another week to find another mover, moreover you can say goodbye to your deposit. This is where you sign to agree with all terms and conditions of All USA Van Lines. Per Eco Van Lines contract the 30% remaining amount would be collected "After" the delivery of goods. At this point, it was impossible to talk to the agent who signed you up at Eco van lines. They will tell you that the person is not available and you will never be able to talk to anyone. You end up wasting 10 minutes of you time on hold for another agent and hang up in frustration. You are helpless at this point. There is no one to help you at the other end. The delivery company wanted the money even before they opened the door of the truck. How can you pay all the money even before you know that all your stuff has arrived? A lot of items never arrived and we are still waiting for a settlement. There is nothing you can do at this point. You are at their mercy. Don’t be caught in this situation. After our stuff was picked up, the company called and said our stuff was overweight by 1800 lbs and we owe them extra $950.00. There is nothing you can do but say YES. If you argue, you can wait an extra 2 weeks or more to get your stuff. We got our stuff 4 weeks later when they promised up between 10-14 days. When we wanted to weigh the truck twice at the destination, they told us that it would cost another $500. The list of issues is endless. I used them because they were cheap but we ended up paying much more than reliable movers registered with BBB and Pro Movers. This company is not registered with either of them. Why? It’s obvious to me now. DO NOT USE ECO VAN LINES.
