HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

If you have not already had your goods picked up by this company, DO NOT select them as movers. I have moved cross-country 5 times in the past 5 years and never experienced as awful as an experience as I had with Eco Van Lines.
They were on-time to pick up my things on August 27 from Virginia. On time as far as the correct day - but they did not show up until 7pm and left around 10pm, which is very strange. They upped the price from 1500 to 2100, which I had not experienced before but I was on a tight timeline, so I went forward with it.
Needless to say, after the pick up I no longer had the ability to contact my "salesperson", Barry. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone at the company. When I did, it was lies, excuses and false delivery date promises. On countless occasions I was told my goods would be delivered and then as the day drew nearer, I would not be able to get anyone on the phone (everyone was "out of office") and the date would pass. Roni, Eddie and an occasional Loui were the only people I could get ahold of during the 60 days that my goods were missing - and they were all the worst service people I've ever dealt with in terms of #1 - HONESTY.
For those of you waiting on your things, I did receive them after 65++ days. There are a couple of things that I am filing claims on but the initial thought is - THANK GOODNESS I got it.
These people are scammers and should be avoided at all costs. I can't believe they're still in business - it should be illegal.
