Gave me a binding weight based quote of $1250.00. Picked up my items and raised the charges to $1650.00. Movers that picked up my stuff were United Movers, billing handled by Proud American Movers. ECO is a BROKER posing ans a legitimate mover. They do not honor their quotes nor do they follow federal guide lines they are dishonest. My goods were not weighed, weight tickets were not provided though they were requested throughout the move.
