Below is a description of everything that went wrong with our move. This was one of the most horrible things that has happened to us... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Page 1
a) Broken headboard to bedframe. See attached quote for repair from Ashley furniture page:
b) Smashed lamp that Ecomovers packed into their own box. Threshold table lamp estimated at Target for $32
c) Smashed glasses (Libbey Harbor glassware) estimated at Target for $19.99
d) Smashed glass lantern valued at Target for $29.99

a) Large scratches on bedframe. See attached quote for repair from Ashley furniture page:
b) Smashed box with liquid in it all over ruining shoes, purses, and clothing inside estimated at $250
c) Photos of unsalvageable box that was not even delivered to us: included silverware (see page 4 for receipt) estimated at $59.99,

Miscellaneous
a) It took Ecomovers 9 hours to pack up our home….should have been around 4 hours
b) Our initial quote stated Ecomovers never contracts their work out. However, State to State movers were the ones to deliver our load
c) Our initial quote said we would receive our items in 5-12 days. It took them 18 days
d) State to State movers showed up on delivery with no tools to put our furniture back together, so my father did it for them.
e) We had to pay almost double what was quoted to us
