It's just been 1 thing after another...1st, they had my pick up date wrong, but that was straightened out. Then, the final price the movers gave me was 50% HIGHER than the estimate Eco originally quote---& this 50% increase was based on this mover's eyeball look at my stuff---there was virtually no difference between the inventory that I gave for the estimate & what they came to pick up, expect a small TV and standing mirror!!!! Today, I call to confirm delivery for Sat, which I had confirmed would NOT BE A PROBLEM with Eco OR the movers who came to get my stuff, the woman at the moving company tells me it'll be another 3-15 days for delivery from the date I indicated I wanted delivery...OH NO THE HELL IT WON'T!!! They've had my things for over a month, there's no reason they couldn't have my stuff at my destination on Saturday LIKE I ASKED!!!! Apparently, Eco contracts with other moving companies to do the work, so I tried to call Eco to complain, I was disconnected 3 times!!!! I asked to speak to the woman that took the reservation, operator went to transfer me, got disconnected...called back several times couldn't get through...finally got someone, now the woman I was working with wasn't there, the operator said she would get you a manager, got disconnected AGAIN, called back several times couldn't get through AGAIN...get someone this 3rd time, ask to speak to a manager, now all of a sudden all the managers are in a meeting, operator can transfer you to customer service---well customer service was the contracted moving company I was calling to complain about in the first place!!!!!! So I call BACK and say I need to speak to someone at Eco, operator says there's no one to talk to, call back in the morning!!!! Needless to say, at this point I have ZERO confidence that my things will be delivered safely and without damage on Saturday, and, unfortunately, I'm in a boat without a paddle because the moving company literally have almost everything I own.
