After a week or so of talking to different companies, getting quotes and such, I called Eco to see what kind of price they offered. I went over the details with Lena, liked the price very much, consulted with my husband and scheduled the move with them for the following week. Something about the company felt right. Pickup flowed just as well, after two weeks of waiting we called to check on delivery and were told we'd put an earliest day of delivery that wasn't changed. As frustrating as it was, they told us they'd check and let us know how soon it could go out. We got the good news by the end of the day that we would be delivered by the end of the week, and despite our mistake things worked out for the best.
