I sent back another moving companies truck that had already arrived after they told me delivery would be in up-to 21 business days. I called up the runner up, Eco movers, explained the situation how it was imperative I get delivered within the week. I couldn't afford to add more money for the request, but had time to wait, so they scheduled me on a truck that had the route I needed, and only had to wait a week to to be picked up. Was very glad to hear there were no major delays with the delivery and to see my items arrive safely.
