Stolen items, bad customer service, and lousy transit times

My company hired ECO MOVERS for my relocation to Florida. Their pricing initially was lower than the competition, but it was very misleading. It ended being twice what was originally quoted.
Transit times was lousy taking 27 days for my furniture to deliver. They always said it was going to leave on a certain day and would never notify the client of any delay. One had to be calling constantly only to find out that the initial representative that they assign (supposed to be there for the main point of contact throughout the ENTIRE delivery) was no longer taking my calls nor was I being transferred by customer service either. This happened on three times...
To add to this, they also stole my playstation 3 in its original box. They claim to be looking for it but, again, you have to keep harrasing them to get an update...and they keep saying they are looking for it without really doing anything. They do not worry about service, in fact they completely lack customer service. The person answering has no knowledge and was very rude and not considerate of my situation.
I would recommend everyone to stay away from ECO Movers, at least in the Texas state... very bad experience.
