Okay, so five stars selected by an owner tooting his own horn is pretty sneaky (Pat did this on Better Business Bureau Website and numerous other cites - rated his business 5 stars). BBB is for consumers. Hmmmm! The pre-move from this guy (Pat aka Patrick ran smoothly). Truck was about an hour late for pick up, but Patt had another person to help (I believe his name was Mark - really efficient and on top of getting items out of house, whereas Pat spent most of that time padding and taping things). Mark was impressive and I wish he had been the one to ship the items across state, as he did the bulk of the manual lifting. Mark didn't have a problem with what was in the place, as he was running up and down and obviously had done this many times before. The items shipped promptly, but after the truck was parked and ready for delivery, the service went downhill quick. My overall evaluation is that If something seems too good to be true, you can almost always bet it is too good to be true. Pat's accommodating demeanor soured. As a customer paying thousands of dollars for a service that was discussed and planned out, Pat was obviously disgusted once we began to unload. He appeared a person being "put out," rather than a business owner responsible for providing good customer service. Disappointing!
