I am in the service and the military used this company to store my household goods. upon returning back to the U.S and having my stuff delivered, I found damaged items and missing items. I filed a claim! 3 months went by and didnt hear from Eagle, i called and spoke to a young lady that said they didnt have my paper work but stated you are claiming for XX dollars?! Hmm, another 2 months went by and they lost my paper work stating they have nothing on me. I emailed them my stuff today. lets see what they will say. my next step is to inform my JAG office and see what can be done because Uncle Sam spent way more money than what I am claiming. This is so sad. At first it wasnt about the money, but now its about the principle, therefore i am claiming most of my missing or damaged items which comes out to more than what the manager and i settled for. I am sure if i continue to look for stuff i will find more damages and missing items.
