My move was initiated by Direct Movers in Maryland who arrived at the latest possible moment of the window that they indicated. They also did not communicate with me after making at least 10 calls on my part. They left only 1 day for Eagle Movers to actually make the last leg of the trip, so, Eagle was late, but not by their account. Once Eagle picked up the shift, they were extremely communicative and facilitating the best possible service I would expect. I would definitely use Eagle, but avoid Direct Movers.
