Horrible customer service, the worst I have ever experienced ever. I had my stuff picked up on the 30th of may and still have not recieved it. I even tried to pick it up today from their location which is not the location that's listed on my paperwork and unless I signed something stating I'm out the 1400 I have paid and can't sue or make public documents I have proving my case I can't take it. The cops even had to come because they were not only ridiculously rude but in my face calling baby and trying to convince me of their scam. The original quote I believe was a scam just to get them out here. And all my attempts to contact them have only resulted in answers like someone was fired, I have to call dispatch, can't find anyone to take your stuff all the way to Idaho and blah blah. The location listed on their quote forms looks more like a chop shop and their warehouse was trashed but filled with lots of goods. I would have rather paid thousands more and had an actually reputable business take my belongings than have used this garbage service. In my opinion this is just a scam family owned business with nothing but a bunch of fat morrbidly obese people working there well in this case just sitting there.
