DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY!!! I moved from one state to the other, but my move from LA to SC was by far the worse. My belongings were picked up on time June 8th and was not delivered until July the 7th at 11pm. Kathy the Manger, Dispatch person and what ever other title she has in this company will provide you the best customer services filled with lies she'll even provide you her cell phone number. I made contact with Kathy everyday after she said my stuff would be out in SC 5 to 7 days. Starting June 15 I have a string of lies and excuses why my stuff was not out here. I stayed home everyday awaiting a call, and or a delivery day which changed from day to day. Excuses upon excuses, stories upon stories....Finally 30 days after my stuff was delivered and I was asked to pay more money. Eagle Van Lines, LLC, my advice to you all STAY AWAY! Customer Service sucks and they are bunch of liars all of them. It's hard to make contact once your belongings is pickup until your delivery day!! I feel for the guys who makes your delivery!!
