THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Worse than natural LABOR!

This was the absolute worse company ever. We are military moving to KS from VA. To start, the movers never bothered to google map or mapquest my address, thus didn't realize they were 3+ hours away. This was not noted until 8:30am 30 mins after they were to be to my home. They arrived around 11:15am. Once there, they began packing and the lady packers were nice. Once the head mover realized the magnitude of the pack, he decided to call for more movers form Maryland. By the end of the day there were 9 people packing in my home making it impossible to manage all the rooms being packed. I had to ask several times for them NOT to smoke in my home or under the garage,(I'm asthmatic). On day two, pick up day, they arrived on time, but with all non English speaking men. This is only a problem because I as the client only speak English. Whenever I needed to communicat something I had to find the driver who could somewhat translate for me, which again is difficult when managing several people alone. They were very rude and not compliant to my request. My large items(bed, dressers, chest,etc...) were not wrapped before being taking to the truck, therefore they were seriously damaged in the move. Some of my boxes were "lost," during the move. Above all, Judie Watts the customer Service Rep, was just rude from the gate. She is nasty in manner and tone. It is now several months later and they are still refusing to settle my claims. CHEAP or NOT it is not WORTH using this company!!!!!!!! My items were delivered late without notice and the reason was its a holiday weekend, although we were quoted that day of delivery! please people save yourself some heartache!
