We had an excellent experience with Eagle Lines for a small cross-country move from MA to Northern CA. Michael, the contact, was very helpful. We had a very narrow pick up window, and then a delay, and then narrow delivery window. They were able to accommodate our needs, with pick up and delivery as promised. We did most of the packing of boxes ourselves, with very few delicate items. The move primarily involved disassembling furniture items, wrapping all items for transport, reassembling items, and shipping of numerous boxes. The crew was courteous and efficient on both ends of the move. Our goods arrived as promised. There was an additional charge at the end due to the need to shuttle our goods to a smaller truck because of the street size. It was indicated this might happen when goods were picked up. There was also an additional charge for boxes and packing materials which were all reasonable. I would recommend again, especially for a move of this type.
