Initially good start, then downhill

I moved coast to coast. Dealt with Tai who was courteous. Then when it came to waiting for my things to come to Oregon, it switched to Mosh for the most part. Tai was friendly, then Mosh was intimidating and threatening. They had my things stored up in Maine for over a week, causing a serious delay on their part. Then when my things arrived, it was difficult to understand the driver on the phone...he was at my place and they were threatening to store my things then charge me double because I was not promptly there able to sign something. I was on the phone with Mosh when trouble stirred. Please save yourself a headache and ulcers...find a better moving company.
