Don't want to refund my deposit

OK. So I didn't use them as a service and I'm glad I didn't. I put a deposit down to book my move, cancelled well before the 72hr period. I was patient, they said it would probably take between 7-30 days to refund the deposit. It's been 30 days and still no refund. I have been calling Kelly Reed, Customer Service Rep and she assures me that she will be working with the account team to see the progress of my refund request. Yet I have not heard from her. No returned calls or email hinting at anything. I wouldn't recommend this moving company for any move. The company I went with, Mayflower, had already refunded me the overcharge monies. That's is ridiculous.
