] They increased my original quote by over $500 when arriving, they showed up with no proof of being licensed which I had requested on numerous occasions before arrival. My $2000 armoire has a huge chunk missing from the corner, I could not even open my jewelry drawers from them being tipped upside down numerous times. In addition my walls and railings have dents and drywall damage, my carpets are filthy dirty. And their offer is a $20 refund, if I do not take it case closed. I cannot get a reply via email or phone calls. I have made numerous attempts and spent much of my time taking pictures and attempting a resolution. $20, is not a resolution! This company is fraudulent, unprofessional and they are criminals. They are looking for people in desperation to move to take advantage of you. I used 3 men and a truck 2 years ago, and wow they were great, however e-z movers beat the quote by $100 via email, they showed up and asked for an additional $500, scam scam, call 3 men and a truck if you do not want your belongings damaged and you want to deal with an insured and customer friendly company. In addition, go to bbb.com if you doubt me, this company has removed themselves from being bbb accredited, hmmm I wonder why!!
