Losing boxes and receiving damaged furniture have become a common norm when you give the responsibility to a moving company. But east coast moving & storage broke those norms when they conducted my move. They knew what to do and how to do it. Their efficiency and honesty surprised me. They packed everything in a jiffy and finished the loading process very responsively. The delivery was made on time and surprisingly, I received all my items completely undamaged.
