Yessenia was very patient answering all of my questions and setting eveything up. She was timely and kind as well. David and Roberto wrapped and loaded my items quickly and neatly. And it was hot in Louisiana in May. A couple of items were slightly damaged but I do not know that I could have done better. The items were loaded, unloaded into storage and loaded again to be delivered to me. This company provided 30 days free storage, very nice. When the driver arrived with my items there was an issue with getting the truck close to my apartment because of other parked cars in the way. The driver David Wallach was understanding and we did manage to work it all out. Then he and Cory Renwick unloaded my items in what had to be record time. I could do without the damage to my items and the additional charges but good customer service is always a winner to me. I will contact Eagle Van Lines for my next moving experience.
