My Subject line is less of my expression that i have faced, Its the worst Moving company that i can think of as there is no connection between the Sales person who talks to you while getting the quote and the person who comes to pickup your goods and they less understand your english as they speak broken english and its hard to communicate......Don't beleive in the Quote that they provide as thats of no use.The person who picks up decides what should be the actual cost and it will cost your above $500+ more then you get the quote or expect.they only say that they go as per Item but they go with the weight and Volume as others.As given at the website they pack using professional. Be ready to invest $400-$500 for the packing material as they told me and when not agreed then they said that you are on 2nd floor so it will cost $400-$500 to take the goods to the truck.They come in the morning hours when their office is not open so that you cannot talk someone who talked while taking the quote and you are no where .....so either way you are forced to use this company and if you cancel then also you have already paid more then $500 for the cancellation.The Customer care persons are so rude in talking and they will provide no update.In my case for almost 23 days i got no email or calls where my goods are and i was almost about to reach the DOT inspector to complain.on top they are saying that they believe their system and it says that i am getting emails ...so they are not responsible .....when my goods was delivered then i got all the emails that i was suposed to get daily .....and on top on daily basis i kept sending email which i was not getting reply for ....i kept asking where are my goods and i contantly getting verbal reply that its not loaded on the truck , once its loaded i will get email and the driver will contact me.....The driver contacted me the day when i got my goods.....While getting the goods down i was said to pay the whole amount before they start taking out the goods from the Truck and i was forced to pay them before they start theit work....Last but not the least i will never ever recommend anyone to use this company for moving as you are going to see nightmares once your goods are with them....... They took my goods on 19th of May 8 am morning and i got my goods on 14th of June from Cincinnati(OH) TO DANBURY(CT) though the sales person(MARYAM) told that we guarantee 10 days but mostly we deliver the goods within 5-7 days, its all a sales gimmick.My Matress was Wet when i got that and they said that it was heavily raining in between ..SO AGAIN I WOULD SAY NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR MOVING YOUR GOODS.At last i can surely add some good comments for the Delivery boys who did a appreciable job while moving my goods into the apartment though i would never blame them for this issues as they are only for delivering ....They did what they were supposed to...
