Here is the exact letter I sent Discover Moving about my move! I am very pleased!!
I am writing in regards to my experience as a whole with your company. I had a tough move going from Gatlinburg to Tucson, and believe me I was ready to get out of the snow. I needed a reputable company and I was only going to settle for the best. I did hours of research and asked colleagues and friends about moving experiences they had. Joseph, my colleague who had just relocated from Athens, suggested Discover Moving to me, he was very impressed by your service. I said I would give it a try.
When I called he suggested I speak with Christina, as she did such a nice job for his move. I gave her an inventory list of our things and she took over from there. We discussed every detail of my move. Some things, I would have never thought would matter. I was glad to have her on my side. I only needed two things packed and secured, as my wife and I would take care of everything else. One of the things were my 52" plasma TV that I love and the other was my 1984 Harley Davidson Custom Chopper. I didn't want not even a scratch on my babies. We scheduled our move for December 30.
When it was time for the big day, I was very nervous, as we had a flight to catch to Tucson and could not be late. Our movers went beyond the call of duty that day! They trudged through the snow and ice to make sure we would be at the airport on time. Moti packed my TV to perfection! I never knew it took so many supplies to protect my TV, but I am so glad to know Moti was not going to let anything happen to it. They were done with all the household items in about four hours. The last item they put on the truck was my Harley. I was very nervous as to when I would see it again. Moti had assured me a prompt delivery.
It seemed like my things got to Tucson sooner then I did! It took five days, I am so glad Christina told me about the expedited delivery service. We were very happy to be out of the snow and to get my bike back. They unloaded my bike first and I was so ecstatic to jump on it and go for a ride. When I got back Discover Moving was gone, and everything we had moved made it back in one piece, even my TV!!
You have an excellent staff and a great company! I would use you again, if I needed to move and if a colleague ever asks about who moved me to Tucson, I will always say Discover Moving with a smile and then forward Christina’s information to them.
