hello All,
This is one of the worst moving company I ever come across with. No proper information. did best to get your stuff and once your goods are with them it was almost impossible to reach them. I moved from Stillwater to Hays with a mere distance of 302 miles. Verbally they promised me to deliver the shipment in same week. they pick the stuff on 26th September. Once they took my shipment I did not heard anything from them till following week. No replies to email or phone calls. They keep procrastination the delivery and finally delivered the shipment on 14th day. The goods were delivered by some carrier. few cartoons were damaged. no delay forms or damage forms were sent with the carrier. on trying to find out they have given me claim processing number which was directly going to voice mail. for 14 days I and my family suffered mental and physical inconvenience because of this rogue mover.
this company has only 1 truck registered with government agency.
