My grandfather needed to move out of his home and into a retirement center closer to us since my grandmother passed away 2 months ago. We decided to hire Direct Van Lines due to their reasonable price and their honesty. They were very understanding of the situation and they showed us the upmost respect throughout the move. My grandfather is a moody person and it's been worse since my grandmother passed away. However the movers were very polite to him and they were very careful with his belongings especially my late grandmothers belongings. They did a great job and he was very calm throughout the pickup. The movers delivered his items to the nursing home on time and helped us place all my grandfather's furniture in the places he wanted. My grandfather was very pleased with service and made me write this so people can use Direct Van Lines. Thank you Direct Van Lines for helping us.
