My daughter moved from Chicago to Las Vegas and was treated wonderfully up until her deposit was paid, then Kat, the salesperson that was so helpful and professional, disappeared from the face of the earth. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had . KAT outright lied to her on almost every aspect of how move would be handled. The only way to reach them after pickup is to call 1-214-613-1480 which is their direct customer service #, but can only reach them from about 9-11 am central time... before or after that, they don't bother answering the phone. I will admit that Ben & Ryan and another guy in customer service were at least somewhat empathetic to our situation and always took my calls in a respectful manner, unlike KAT who never even responded to emails. Anyway, my daughter finally got her stuff but couple small items missing but biggest problem is we got another box of personal items from someone else. pictures, some mail, etc. tried calling some phone #'s that were listed on their but all are disconnected. If you happen to be missing a box of personal items, let me have your contact info so can try and figure out who this belongs too...
