Do NOT use this company! They lied to me and took my money. I asked questions and thought I was thorough, but it didn't matter. The original quote of $2700 jumped to $3400 on the day of pickup. I was told this was b/c of the quantity of items- LIE!. I was told that my items would stay on truck until delivery- LIE! I was told my items would not be separated due to their ticket system-LIE! It has been more than 11 weeks and I still do not have most of my belongings. Pickup was awful- my items were thrown onto a truck and the men were very unprofessional. Items I did receive 3 weeks later have been broken or rummaged through. The driver wouldnt take anything off the truck at delivery until full payment and signature was done 1st. When you refuse, they drive away. I have many, many items missing. They tried to give me someone else's bedroom set too. Calls to DVL go right to voicemail once you move and noone calls you back. Found out my stuff went to Priority 1 Storage in NJ and seem to have disappeared there. I received more items on 11/10 but not alot. Sealed boxes were opened and rummaged through. They have no concern for your personal belongings. Many items are still missing. DO NOT believe any good reviews for DVL! They are liars and scammers and brokers. I have learned a hard lesson and will NEVER use a moving company again. I have been dealing with this for almost 3 months now. Don't make the same mistake.
