I usually do not write reviews but my relocation deserved the attention that I got from Direct Van Lines. My representative was very attentive to all my calls, and emails and was extremely patient with me. I needed full pack for my home. I used the weight/ volume from other in home estimates I got and they matched the price exactly. They were a little late on the pick up because of issue with the truck but other wise the delivery happened quickly and everyone was extremely professional.
