In my move I knew that I needed a very careful mover; why do I say that? Its because I was moving very expensive pieces that we very sentimental to me. I called DVL because I saw the positive reviews. I was moving some furniture from my house and some from a storage unit they made both stops free of change on pick up. I also specified what needed special wrapping before the pick up so the driver knew what to do additionally. My rep was very insightful and helped me through this relocation process. I probably drove them up a wall with how many changes I made to the contract but everything was crystal clear for the pickup. I was then moving across country to LA from RI so I knew it would take 14 business days because of what my rep said so I asked for a direct delivery. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely use them again!
