I must say, this has been a big transition for the Burns family. PA is very different from Cali. But Direct Van lines was great in assisting us. Besides the occasional times where they were hard to get a hold of or duration of call back response time, which is expected from such a large reputable company, they were excellent. Very personable. And always courteous. Our stuff was on time, unbroken. And I would definitely use them again for me and my wife.
