I read a lot of reviews from a lot of companies. All of them had positive and negative comments. The representative I spoke with at Direct Van Lines reassured me what I needed to do in regards to packing material like bubble wrap and crates etc. to avoid surprises. I had more boxes on the day of the move and the mover changed the quote according to the price per lbs. which was what I expected. They handled my move with care nonetheless and I appreciated that they worked with me since they didn't know I had more stuff. I would recommend Direct van lines to anyone that needs to go from point A to point B.
