I ordered local moving from Dimension. They promised to pick up at 11am, but did not show up till 3pm. Then they run into traffic XXXI don't know if it is real. I drove out the same time with them and arrived my new home in 20 min, they used an hour. So I called the service representative and she agree to take one hour off, then came a manager that refuse to honor it.
They WILL NOT UNLOAD unless you paid the amount they request.
That night, I had a careful read of the bill and found that they charged all the box as glassware. I did not let them move any glass/chinaware at all!
So be ware of the company. I will never use them again.
