The company held my car at the orginal location for about 2 weeks, because I didn't make a payment. But the salesman had never mentioned about paying ahead. I even asked him when I should pay the company, and he told me that I could wait till I got my car.
When my car finally arrived, I found some scratches on the rear bumper. My car is only 2 years old, and there were no scratches in that area before, I am damn sure! I tried to argue with them, but they were very rude, insisting the scratches were there before the move. Just because I needed the car badly, they almost forced me to sign the paperwork.
Yes you can track your car online all the time. Yes it is cheap compared to other companies. But I would never use this company again!!!
