I should have looked at the reviews before contracting with this company. First, they are not out of Denver (although they have a CO number they call you from), but Texas. The intake process was good with "David". However, after getting my deposit things started going downhill.
1- Movers were over four hrs late. When I called to inquire, I was placed on hold for over 20 min four different times, then hung up on. When I finally reached "Joseph", he told me he was the mgr and that they were very busy. He said he would call me back with movers ETA but never did.
2- Although I had about six-seven boxes more than declared amount, movers charged over $800 more than estimate, because "It was an estimate" not the actual cost.
3. Movers left things behind - that were marked for shipping -. I left four different messages and spoke with two different people but no one called back.
I am very concerned about my belongings. Will they even deliver them? DO NOT USE DENVER MOVERS. IT APPEARS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN STOP TALKING TO YOU ONCE THEY HAVE IT.
