Damaged good without any response from Customer Service

Not only did they take a month to bring my belongings, they would not answer their phone the first couple of weeks after they picked up my possessions. They claimed they had a broken truck in the shop for a week.
During the four week wait, they had to verify my credit card, again, because they did not get the paperwork right the first time, making us very uneasy.
Once everything was delivered, it was clear they had no regard for the condition for which it was delivered.
I had several boxes smashed in half, including fragile items of which glass was broken (the box was marked fragile). My clothes dryer was also severely dented, and does not work the same.
Furthermore, on delivery they demanded cash for the remaining balance.
Once I finally got in touch with someone from customer service, I submitted my claim for damages through a 3rd party company, and now the company has not responded to the approved claim for the last month, and I'm frustrated that they are going to get away without taking responsibility for damaged goods and poor customer service.
