Last time we had to move, it was a real nightmare. Things missing and broken and trying to get anyone on the phone to help took the longest time. So you can imagine my dread at having to once again trust our life to someone, and hope for the best. We called a lot of companies but for some reason I felt the most comfortable with the representative from Dallas. She was friendly and informative. She answered every question and even directed us to a website to purchase extra moving insurance, which we did. But in the end the extra insurance wasn't needed and they definitely helped to change my ideas about moving in general. The movers were hard working and made me feel at ease while they handled our belongings. They were so great and professional unlike the last time. They made sure to explain everything and they treated my stuff like it was theirs. I am happy that we found Dallas movers and I am even happier that this time is was a wonderful experience and everything went like it should.
