Three days before we were supposed to move to Phoenix our house flooded because a pipe burst and it was a total disaster. Thankfully though, we were able to move a lot of our things to the second floor so that they wouldn't get ruined, but some of them were too heavy for me and my sister to move. We had already hired Dallas Movers to provide their services to us, so we gave them a call to see if they could make some time and move us out on that same day. I spoke to a very nice rep on the phone, who told me she'd get back to me, and indeed, 25 minutes later the movers were on their way, working through our very not moving friendly flooded home and making sure to save as many of our things as possible. My sister and I will be forever grateful to the team at Dallas Movers for everything they did for us! They are the best moving company out there!!!
