This review is written for two reasons. One, while my move didn't go smooth form the beginning the customer service I received from Mr. Carmi was superior. I contacted him regarding the final cost of my bill. My move took 6.5 hours, exceeding the amount of time from previous moves. Mr. Carmi listed to my complaint and we mutually came to an agreement on what was fair. I have used DN VanLines 3 times before and found there service to be excellent. After moving in, I was not able to locate my jewelry box. I called crying and Mr. Carmi assured me that his employees would not have taken it. He told me to give it time and it will show up. Moving is very stressful and things get moved around. He offered to have someone help unpack boxes at no charge to me and see if it was packed in a box. I informed him that my Insurance Co. recommend that I file a police report and he agreed, however, he still believed it would show up. Well...it did!! He was the first person I called with tears of joy this time. My air chamber to my bed was lost and his response was, "We will replace that not problem, let me know the cost." He is very professional and followed up with me on everything. He was always available to take me calls. While this move wasn't the best for me, I know what standards the company holds on client satisfaction. I will continue use them and would refer them to others Now to reason # two. My 18 year old daughter took it upon herself her post a negative review. First of all, she didn't have or know the facts. Second, I hope she has learned a leason that you don't air out your laundry on a public website of any kind. This she has been told several time. She will call Mr. Carmi and apologize and will have the post removed. Again, Mr. Carmi has been extremely helpful and professional.
