moving crew wonderful, management terrible

I moved from Westborough to Brighton this past year and used DN Van Lines for the move as well as for storage in the 4 months between the two moves.
I can't say enough good things about the crew who physically did the moving. Dave and Keith were wonderful; they were friendly, fast, and efficient. There were a few items that were damaged and/or broken, but those were only ikea furniture that I had built myself and wasn't expecting to hold up well during the move.
HOWEVER, I am very disappointed with the management, to the point where I will never use them again. They somehow lost a very nice carpet I had. I understand that things get misplaced, but it is unforgivable that I spent weeks trying to get someone to call me back to find out if it had been located, and when I finally got someone to tell me it was lost, they gave me the run around and finally denied giving me anything to replace it.
I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the staff I dealt with on the phone, and very frustrated with never once getting a phone call returned. I am moving again next summer, and will certainly not be using this company.
