I used this company because it was more affordable that other quotes I had gotten. I got my belongings over a month late. Items were picked up December 30, 2006 and delivered on February 1st at 11 p.m. My table legs were broken and the deliverer assured that it would be taken care of...i.e. compensation. I called once and asked to have the information for the claim, and i have not received it. I tried calling many times but the agent i was working with changed her number or extension. I left a message on the general phone number and i never got a call back. I just wanted the claim info so i can file a claim to fix my table that the movers broke. It was packaged by them so they are liable for it based on their contract. I would suggest paying extra for some more reputable movers.
