They pulled the classic movers scam- were friendly and helpful to get a quote from, but when my items arrived (late!) it was 50% HIGHER than I was told. They tried to hold my stuff and not give it to me until I paid the "new" total price. Meanwhile, after my initial call, no one was ever around to speak with or get any answers from. The "customer service" was non-existent, unless you count lies and trying to rip people off. It was a terrible experience and I will be reporting to BBB as well. Don't waste your time and money- use another company!!
