The whole experience was a pleasant one and good value compared to other companies I've used before. On the move day, we had slightly more garden furniture than would fit in the truck, so this was picked up and delivered soon after, at a convenient time. The team worked tirelessly and were extremely careful with our belongings. We had an expensive extendable glass table (with a sensitive mechanism), which was disassembled and put back together in perfect working order. The move took slightly longer than planned, due to the extra care around our fragile packing, but this wasn't an issue. I would definitely recommend cross country movers if you value great service and a reasonable rate. I researched many companies beforehand and this company stands above all their competitors I got quotes for. In addition, they were very flexible, where other large name companies can charge you for being one minute past your key handover slot etc. 10/10
