Do not use this company
From the day of initial quote I should have known this was going to be a problem. My quote changed from 1561 to 21+ because I was miss quoted. The movers showed up a day early and although they did a good job of packing me out it could only get worse from there. The dispatch after I my pick up could never give me a good time frame for delivery and the customer service was horrible. The day prior to delivery the 2nd person in the truck contacted me and was very friendly gave me a good time and date for delivery. Today on delivery date they called at 1100 to say they would be there at 5 then 6 and finally after a couple more phone calls 830/9 The last few calls the driver the head of the truck called me yelling because he had the wrong address which he did not he was just on the other side of the building, he yelled at me until I got in my vehicle and drove to find them around the corner. Once I got them to the right area he jumped out of the trucked and continued to yelled called me foul names in Spanish and told me he was pissed because he had been up since 6 and was tired, I replied that's what you get paid for why are you yelling at me the other movers just stood by as he yelled then he yelled at one guy to show me the contract informing me of the 18 wheeler and the different charge for shuttling which he was feet from my walkway yelled at all of them to get in the truck as he yelled to me youll get your shit Monday and drove off the 2 driver I was talking to that was nice was put in a bad situation. I asked if he would do a statement for me as to the way his boss yelled at me as my neighbors watched and said he did not want to loose his job this was the WORST experience with movers I have ever had and I expect this to be taken care of in one way or another that driver needs to be fired
