Moved from Maine to Massachusetts and made the mistake of leaving the option for some additional time to be purchased for packing. This turned out to be their license to steal. I actually agreed to pay what seemed like exorbitant extra charges for the few extra man hours they put in, but I finally had it when they charged me an additional $800 that they said they overlooked for unloading my goods into storage and this was not part of the original quote or agreement. They damaged a number of my goods and just ended up allowing less than the deductible that conveniently came in at the limit even though there was far more damage than $500. The overall business practices, communication, and attitude is the worst I have ever seen. They talked up their company and were aggressive in their pricing at quote time and the moment I laid down the deposit, everything changed. Don't say that you were not warned about this company.
