Continental Van Lines moved me from PA to AZ on April 28, 2011. Elias, the driver and 2 helpers arrived on time between 8-10 am as the dispatcher advised. Elias himself called the night before to confirm with us. I have moved long distance several times and I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. The crew was courteous and extremely skilled at moving my goods. Everything was carefully wrapped and placed in the truck with unbelievable efficiency. They walked through the house first and planned exactly how they would load the truck. They packed roughly 50 boxes worth of my stuff with utmost care. Not a signle thing was damaged upon arrival, with the exception of a small scuff mark on my office desk. If I move again, I will call Continental and specifically request Elias and his crew.
My initial contact with Continental was Tyler Robbins. He was very professional and clearly knew his trade and how to estimate the cost of the move. In the end, I paid $300 less than his estimate as my weight and packing was less than was estimated, which was the goal, as Tyler had explained.
I also had contact with Jenna Rogers in customer service. She was very polite and kept me informed prior to pickup and after to advise of delivery expectations.
I usually never write reviews for anything, but I felt I should because it is rare these days to get such quality service.
