After payment was made, phone calls and emails were no longer returned. No two stories were the same. Verbal communication with the truck driver - not possible (either they didn't speak English or they acted like they couldn't). However, they sure got their point across while trying to demand extra money for services that were supposed to be covered under the contract. I saved a recorded phone call where the office manager assured me that they were days away from their BBB accredidation. HA! The U.S. Department of Transportation just sent me a letter saying that they put this company OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! They'll try to open under another name.........
