We hired Continental Moving Company to store our belongings for about 3 weeks then move them about 100 miles. Their price quote was competitive, and their service before the move was reasonably professional. However, Continental damaged over 90% of the large furniture pieces in our move. Afterwards the customer service was slow, inefficient, and extremely frustrating. For the first 6 months or so after the damage, we were strung along and told "We'll take care of it." In the end, they only paid for approximately 35% of the damage that they caused.
They note a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website. My family and I completely unsatisfied with the quality of care our belongings received, the customer service afterward, and their inadequate job of reimbursing us for our loss.
