Rude, Shady, Worst Experience ever!

This was the worst experience ever moving. Not only did they show up almost 3 hours late, they rushed through the paperwork, then began breaking furniture like the marble end table and their response was "sorry, stuff happens". Before they moved everything in they expected payment, This is where they surprise us with $35 per box for packing adding $590 to the total. They also stated that they would refund any time they did not use. After paying for an additional 4 hours to unload I said " are you done?" they said yes and I said how am I to get the refund of the hour? They said to call the office in the morning. I called and Ben "The Owner" says "We did the job so F--k off". I was unbelievably mortified that he even treated customers this way... Just be advised they run a very shady business, never believe their quote, they are scammers!
