So they show up an hour and a half late even though they knew i ahd very strict times to move in at my new building. Okay, I brushed it off. Then halfway through unpacking they tell me that they need to charge me more money because my old apt building had 3 steps infront of it and I did nt specify. they said 1500 and i got them down to 1000. Still 400 i did not expect to pay. Finally they forgot a part of my wardrobe at my old apt! I told them and they basically said that it was my problem. i got a friend to go oer to my old apt and the peice is nowhere to be found. Finally called to complain and the supervisor treated me like crap and made me fill out all this paperwork to make my claim without even saying I am sorry. Then the movers asked for a bigger tip. It was horrible. DONT USE THESE GUYS!
